We are looking for a friendly and dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team in Chittoor. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive service experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their queries are fully resolved.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Any Degree / Diploma (Freshers can apply)
- Excellent communication skills in Telugu and English
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling)
- Problem-solving attitude and patience while dealing with customers
- Previous customer service experience is an added advantage
