Dakshineswar Kali Temple
Dakshineswar Kali Temple, located on the eastern bank of the Hooghly River in Kolkata, is a revered Hindu shrine dedicated to Goddess Kali in her Bhavatarini form. Built in 1855 by Rani Rashmoni, the temple is known for its distinctive nine-spired architecture and its serene complex that includes twelve shrines dedicated to Lord Shiva.
